Return Eligibility

  • Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or shows signs of quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the affected product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened matcha tins (except in cases of product defects or quality issues)
  • Matcha accessories, including whisks, bowls, and tools (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products past the 14-day return window

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Contact us through our contact form with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Shipping: For unopened product returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  3. Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error we made.
