Shipping Coverage

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States only
  • International Orders: International shipping coming soon!
  • Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship to:
    • PO Boxes
    • APO/FPO addresses
    • US territories

Shipping Costs

  • Free domestic shipping on orders over $50
  • For orders under $50, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout
  • Shipping rates are based on the delivery address and package weight

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
  • Order processing begins once we receive your payment confirmation
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout
  • Delivery timeframes vary based on shipping method selected and the destination
  • Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships
  • You can track your package using the carrier's website
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your tracking number

Shipping Issues

  • Haven't received your order within the estimated timeframe
  • Received a damaged package
  • Have concerns about your delivery

  • We pack our matcha products with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition
  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday)
  • During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer
  • Address accuracy is the customer's responsibility - please double-check your shipping information at checkout
