I purchased back in April and I am finally posting my review. The matcha powder had a bright and vibrant color. The taste is so good, pleasant, and very creamy. I enjoyed every cup way too much that I finished it super quick. My Hubby and I loved this! This is a favorite, and definitely will be repurchasing again! I am overdue for some good Matcha! 🥰

I have tried multiple hojichas. Some just do not have that specific taste and texture I enjoy. This one however has an equal balance of roasted and umami taste. 4 grams of this makes a perfect cup!!

Tanuki matcha caught my eyes on tik tok with the cute logo! I tried the matcha and hojicha when the shop first opened and all I have to say is that it is BOMB. The matcha is super nutty, creamy and has a nice strong flavor! The hojicha is smooth, roasted and nutty! I’ve made multiple drinks with the matcha and hojicha! Below is my einspanners! Hehe

I’m happy I found Tanuki Matcha. It’s delicious and already a little sweet, so I don’t need to add much sweetener. The logo on the little tin is really cute. It also arrived quickly. Definitely recommend. Will buy again!

This has definitely become one of my favorite hōjicha powders! It mixes in really well, no clumps at all. A little goes a long way, and it's flavorful. I usually make lattes with it ( with oatmilk) but I’m really excited to try it in hojicha brownies and muffins. And like a previous review mentioned no plastic packaging, which is really important to me. Strongly recommend!

The matcha is great in beverages mixed with milk, by itself with water, both hot and cold. The tin cans are the perfect size, and the wooden spoon is the perfect size for scooping out the right amount of product.
